LWE’s Student Council kicked off spirit week with senior style - Dress like your grandparents.
LWE’s art students explore basic jewelry-making processes and design techniques including sawing, filling, buffing, soldering, etching, and stone setting. Some of the projects include pins, rings, key chains, bracelets, earrings and necklaces.
LWE Design 2 Class students Megan and Zoe are creating comfy wearable blankets to have everywhere and anywhere.

LWE Scholastic Bowl competed in the Masonic Sectional Tournament. They finished in 2nd Place, which is the highest for LWE. Go Griffins!
Cassidy Venable, a Lincoln-Way East student, has been selected to represent Frankfort, IL as a National Youth Delegate to the 2022 Washington Youth Summit on the Environment at George Mason University. Congrats Cassidy!

Thursday we have our "Cookies with Ms. Castro" cooking lesson/fundraiser! She will be teaching LWE students to make sugar cookies. It costs $5 to register. Proceeds goes towards Lurie Children's Hospital in Chicago.
