Today, our Honors Biology classes took learning outdoors! Students modeled the photosynthetic process with chalk, exploring how plants convert sunlight into food energy. As they study factors affecting photosynthetic rates and observe the stunning fall colors, they connect the dots between photosynthesis and plant adaptations for winter. Check out their hard work and creativity in action. #LeadTheWay

A perfect way to connect with the environment and enjoy the beautiful weather! 🌎 Students took a field trip to Matthiessen Park this past Saturday with the Environmental Action Club! Exploring the park’s stunning landscapes helps appreciate the nature’s beauty while also learning about local ecosystems. Contact Mrs. Laack if you are interested in getting involved with EAC.
