Mrs. Widinski's chemistry classes completed a lab where they built different isotopes and ions. She was so proud of her sophomores for catching on to the atom models really quickly and it was a nice way to see their misconceptions about protons, neutrons and electrons.

Mrs. Salem's EL English classes researched the native origins and regions of diversity of agricultural crops from their culture. Each group collaborated on a presentation to learn the history of the food they grew up on and also seeing where the food has been imported and exported.
