Lincoln-Way East

Lincoln-Way East student, Arnie Grunert, received an Honorable Mention award in the 2021 ArtConnectED Northern Illinois High School Art Exhibition for his colored pencil drawing!

This exhibition is the largest art competition in the state of Illinois. Each year, over 100 high schools across the state participate in the exhibition. They collectively submit over 600 pieces of student artwork to be displayed and considered for awards. Approximately 10% of those pieces submitted are recognized with awards.

Arnie's drawing competed with some of the most talented students across the state, so to be recognized is a huge honor and testament to his hard work and talent.
