Anglers Club/Team

Description:
The LWC Anglers have two parts: The Club and the Team. The purpose of the Lincoln-Way Central Anglers Club is to foster and maintain a high standard of sportsmanship and to improve our skill as Bass Anglers. Throughout the year we exchange techniques and ideas among expert Bass catchers. We promote and encourage youth fishing, love for this great recreational activity, stimulate public awareness of the sport, promote full adherence to all conservation codes and encourage members to leave our natural resources in a better condition than we found it.

Second, is the LWC Anglers Team. The team shares all the main points mentioned above, but also competes in multiple competitions throughout the year and the IHSA State Series at the end of the school year. Students are selected based on multiple criteria set by the Coaches. The Club and Team are open to boys and girls in all grade levels at Lincoln-Way Central High School in New Lenox, IL.
