Lincoln-Way Community High School District 210 is offering an adult woodworking class at Lincoln-Way West, 21701 Gougar Rd, New Lenox.
Whether you are interested in creating your own family heirlooms, doing repairs, or interested in a lifelong hobby, you can get started here. The course is taught by Lincoln-Way instructor Nick Schroder. Nick brings 20+ years of woodworking experience with him and grew up in his dad’s furniture shop. Prior to teaching, Nick was a cabinetmaker for several years and ran his own woodworking business.
The class will be held on the following Thursdays: February 1, 8, 15, 22 and will run from 6 – 9 pm. Cost is $150.00 for the course. The class will be limited to 12 people and a waiting list will be kept for all others interested. Since spots fill up quickly and space is limited, the deposit is non-refundable.
