Lincoln-Way East High School hosts Back to School Night

On Monday, August 23, Lincoln-Way East hosted “Back to School Night” for parents and guardians of Griffins. Over 1200 attendees represented 955 students. Lincoln-Way High Schools host Community Night

On Friday, August 19, the talent of hundreds of Lincoln-Way students was displayed during Community Night, which was hosted by each of the District 210 high schools. Families, friends, supporters, and community members attended each stadium where fall athletic and music programs were highlighted. In lieu of gate admission, high schools asked those in attendance to donate canned goods that were distributed to local food pantries.[Read More]

On Wednesday, August 3 and Thursday, August 4, freshmen orientations took place at all Lincoln-Way high schools. Team building activities, question and answer sessions, pep talks from teachers, and student-led tours took place throughout each school. In the 2015-2016 school year, District 210 Board of Education Goal 1.3D challenged teachers to increase the enrollment and success rate of high-achieving students in Advanced Placement (AP) courses.
