Withdraw Students

If you are moving out of the district and you are the residential parent please call the Registrar to start the withdraw process.

Information we will need:

• Student Information
• Name of new school, address, and phone number
• Your new address

Once withdraw process is complete, your student's transcript, 9th grade physical, and student transfer form (if applicable) will be sent to your new school.
