Starting at a point on Gougar Road and the south boundary line of Homer Township, then east along this line 11 miles to the eastern boundary line of Frankfort Township (Harlem Ave.), then south along Harlem Ave. to the intersection with Steger Road, then west along Steger Road to the intersection with Scheer Road (Manhattan-Green Garden Township Boundary), then south along Scheer Road to the intersection with the Indian Boundary Line, then northeast to the intersection of the Indian Boundary Line with Green Garden-Manhattan Road, then south along Green Garden-Manhattan Road to the intersection with Gallager Road, then west on Gallager Road 4 miles, then south 1/2 mile, then west 1/2 mile, then north 1/2 mile to the intersection with Gallager Road, then west on Gallager Road to the intersection with Cherry Hill Road, then south along Cherry Hill Road 2 miles to the intersection with South Townline Road, then west along South Townline Road 1 1/2 miles, then north 2 3/4 miles, then east to the intersection with Ridge Road, then north along Ridge Road to the intersection with Manhattan Road, then east along Manhattan Road 1/4 mile, then north one mile, then east 1/4 mile, then north 1/2 mile, then east 1/4 mile, then north 3/4 mile, then east to the intersection with Cherry Hill Road, then north to the intersection with Delaney Road, then east on Delaney Road one mile, then north one mile to the intersection of Laraway Road and Gougar Road, then north on Gougar Road 1 1/2 miles, then west 1/2 mile, then north 1/2 mile to New Lenox Road, then west 1/2 mile to Cherry Hill Road, then north on Cherry Hill Road to the Rock Island RR., then east along the Rock Island RR. to the southern section line of section 7 of New Lenox Township, then east along the section line to Gougar Road, then north on Gougar Road to the starting point.
