Lincoln-Way High School
District 210 Board of Education has approved a new residency verification
format. The intent of the new residency forms and procedures is to
insure that only students who live within the boundaries of District
210 attend a Lincoln-Way High School. It is also important to be
certain that each student attend the appropriate high school (Central,
East, North) based on junior high or middle school boundaries in
which each student resides. Letters and forms will be going out to
all parents in the district during the month of June.
To make the new residency portion of registration more convenient, Lincoln-Way
administration has set up three days in July during which residency verification
is available to parents prior to the August student registration dates. Parents
can bring their residency verification information from noon to 5:00 pm: Tuesday,
July 15; Wednesday, July 23; and Thursday, July 31. Please bring the form sent
to you and one document from Category A and two documents from Category B.
“We want our citizens tax dollars to be spent educating the students who
live in the Lincoln-Way district. We appreciate our parents understanding of
this issue. Thank you for your support of Lincoln-Way High School District 210,” stated
Dr. Lawrence A. Wyllie, superintendent.
