Registration for Lincoln-Way North High School's 2008-2009 preschool sponsored by the Family and Consumer Sciences (Home Economics) Child Care classes is now underway. To register, call Beth Davidson at (815) 534-3000.

Children must be three years old by September 1, 2008, toilet trained and must reside within the Lincoln-Way North school district (Frankfort and Tinley Park) to be eligible.

A total of 16 children, ages 3 to 5, will be selected to attend a morning session.

Preschool will meet Wednesdays and Thursdays from October through January. The program continues Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays from February through May.

Fees are $12 per month or/$96 per year. A nonrefundable deposit of $24 will be required of those selected into the program and will be applied to the first two months of nursery school.

This program gives Child Care students an opportunity to work with children in a preschool environment under the full-time supervision of a Family and Consumer Sciences' instructor.
