Members of the Lincoln-Way Central yearbook staff completed the schools 2015 yearbook,
60th edition of the Aegis producing a unique piece of school history.

The theme of the Aegis yearbook is The Knights Way is the Right Way at Lincoln-Way, noted Rachel Benda, member of the student yearbook staff.

We wanted this special 60th anniversary year to proclaim to all how great Central really is, noted Kylie Buckendahl, student yearbook staff member.

This is a very unique yearbook. Each year I tell the yearbook staff, I dont know how anyone would top this, and I say that again to all of you. I love the use of the laser cut to represent the stain glass window in the main office stained on the cover. I am extremely proud, Dr. Steve Provis, principal, said of the students.

Provis continued saying, Thank you all for your time and effort, this is an accomplishment you will remember the rest of your life.
Each day my students brought something exciting to share, which kept us all productive with our task at hand, stated Karin Dunn, English teacher and Yearbook advisor.

This year it took over 811 hours to create the 252 pages. The press run of 1,770 represented a 95% sale to the student body and staff, added Dunn.

Aegis staff include: Alexa Godfrey, Heidi Killinger, Krystal Uteg, Amilia Westergaard, Rachel Benda, Kylie Buckendahl, Jacob Lysik, Corey Kilmartin, Joseph Wisnewski, Austin O Connor, Olivia Persin, Nina Torres, Kourtney Bautz, Meagan Barnett, Nicole Martz, Claire Hilgenbrink, and Alana Kolacki.

It always amazes me how much time and effort goes into every page in the book. Thanks to this years staff for doing such a phenomenal job on our 60th edition, added Dunn.

The theme incorporated everything to do with the Great Knight Way, stated Corey Kilmartin, student yearbook staff member.
