Lincoln-Way Student Awarded Full-Ride Tuition from The Posse Foundation

Lincoln-Way East senior Brandon Hudson has been awarded a full-ride tuition to Trinity College in Hartford, CT through The Posse Foundation.

The Posse Foundation identifies, recruits and trains young leaders and sends them in posses to top colleges and universities across the country. The Posse Foundation is a national initiative with ten chapters throughout the country, including one in Chicago.

The Chicago Chapter of the Posse Foundation is currently affiliated with 12 schools, and the organization provides 10 full-ride scholarships to each of the 12 schools annually. In order to be considered as a candidate, nominations must be submitted by approved organizations and schools. Brandon was nominated as a member of the Top Teens chapter of the Skyline Metropolitan Chapter of the Top Ladies of Distinction.

Brandon recently started the new Lincoln-Way East Robotics club. He is also involved in Science club, track, Black Student Union, Asian club, and is a tutor in the writing center. Outside of School, he is involved in the Top Teens of America, tutors a student in Math and Science, and is on a second robotics team.
