Lincoln-Way Email Phishing Scam

District officials have been made aware of an email phishing scam that has resurfaced in the Lincoln-Way area. Individuals claiming to work for a custom t-shirt and spirit wear company have sent emails to local Lincoln-Way area businesses claiming to have sponsorship opportunities available through t-shirt and product sales. The individuals sending these emails have no association with Lincoln-Way.

Lincoln-Way Central Hosts Documentary Screening

On October 24th, the Lincoln-Way Central Pupil Personnel Services Department hosted a free screening of the documentary Angst: Anxiety isn't cool but talking about it is for students and parents. Following the screening there was a question and answer session with two local mental health professionals: Joyce Kraus, LCSW, and Lauren White-Johnson, LCPC. In the week leading up to the screening school psychologist, Mrs. Lynch, and social workers, Mrs. Knick and Ms. Ringo, gave presentations on the causes and effects of anxiety, along with coping skills to students during their advisory period.

Travel back to renaissance times as you experience a full three-course meal while enjoying the talents of the Madrigal Singers, Instrumentalists and Dancers.The stage is transformed into a banquet hall for guests while singers and actors present a heart-warming show that incorporates over two dozen songs within the play. Audiences will get to toast along with performers, as well as sing along with some carols. This is a show that the whole family will enjoy!

All Three Lincoln-Way High Schools Ranked in Top 10% in Illinois

The Illinois State Board of Education (ISBE) released today the Illinois Report Cards (IRC) for the 2017-2018 school year. All three Lincoln-Way high schools ranked among the top 10% in the state, all three earning summative ratings of Exemplary, the highest ranking ISBE offers.
